How long will we be on your site?

When it comes to creating bespoke playgrounds, one of the first questions clients often ask is, “How long will it take?”. While each project is unique, we understand the importance of minimising time on site to reduce disruption to your organisation. That’s why we manufacture as much as possible at our workshop in Bristol, allowing us to install your playground quickly and efficiently. For most projects, the time on site typically ranges from about a week or two for smaller installations to up to 12 weeks for larger, more complex playgrounds.

How do we keep time on-site minimal

To keep our time on your site to a minimum, we build as many of your playground features at our woodyard as we can. This means that when we arrive, the structures are ready to be installed, reducing the time we spend working on site and minimising disruption to your daily operations.

Benefits of manufacturing play equipment at our workshop

By building components at our workshop, we can significantly lower the risks of delays caused by on-site challenges, such as bad weather or unexpected issues. Pre-manufacturing also means fewer costs for snagging (checking an installation for minor faults that need to be rectified), as everything is built and checked in a controlled environment. This way, adjustments can be made before delivery, ensuring your playground meets the highest standards.

Quality control and customisation

All of our playgrounds are unique and customisation is key to our approach. Pre-manufacturing allows us to fine-tune every element while maintaining strict quality control. From equipment design to timber finishes, everything is carefully crafted, inspected and prepared prior to installation, ensuring a seamless fit on site.

If you have a specific timeframe in mind for the installation of your project, for example, to fit in with school holidays or busy seasonal periods, we’re always happy to discuss and agree on a convenient schedule with you at the start of the project.

We aim to make the installation process as smooth as possible. With the bulk of the work done before we even arrive, the final result is a beautiful, long-lasting playground, ready for children to explore quicker than you’d expect.
