We have two workshops in Bristol that produce most of our playground equipment – the rest is made by hand on-site when we install our playgrounds.
Our first workshop is our woodyard.
This is our true home. Our woodyard is located on the old grounds of Ashton Court Estate, just south of Bristol. The yard has several beautifully characterful (but drafty) barns and a yard surrounded by trees. This is where most of our natural wood features are created and is the main home of the Touchwood team, with our design and installation team also being based here.
Our second is our dry manufacturing facility.
In this newer space, we create many larger structures that need weather cover during the build process. This space has allowed us to improve our ability to pre-manufacture larger and more intricate play equipment instead of constructing on-site during the installation phase of projects.
